FREE 1-ON-1 PRE-MED MENTORSHIP — MD students paying it forward!!

Free Mentorship

You've Got Questions. We've Been in Your Shoes.

Schedule a free 15-minute one-on-one call with a current U.S. MD medical student to talk through your medical school journey, ask questions, and get personalized guidance from someone who went through the process just a few years ago.

We're Here for the Long Haul.

Our medical student mentors are current students balancing classes, clinical rotations, exams, research, and other responsibilities. To make mentorship available to as many students as possible, each individual meeting is limited to 15 minutes.
But mentorship doesn’t have to end after one conversation.
You are welcome to continue scheduling calls with your mentor over time. Check in as your application develops, come back with new questions, review your progress, or seek advice as you move from one stage of the process to the next. We hope these conversations can develop into longitudinal mentorship throughout your journey to medical school.

Why Talk to a Medical Student?

Because we’ve been in your shoes—recently. Physicians are incredible resources for learning about medical specialties, residency, clinical practice, and life as a doctor. That’s why physician education and interviews remain such an important part of The Long Haul.
But when it comes to getting into medical school, sometimes the most helpful person to talk to is someone who just went through it.
The medical school admissions landscape is constantly changing. Our mentors are current U.S. MD medical students who were pre-med students themselves only a few years ago. They remember the uncertainty, the applications, the MCAT, the extracurriculars, the interviews, and all the questions that come with trying to build a successful application.
Our goal is to connect you with someone who can relate to where you are right now and offer practical guidance based on recent firsthand experience.
